From today, we will not take any action for support calls and complaints without the correct hand number the incident has happened during the play.  Even if you get disconnected or frozen the screen will be there so please write down your hand number for your complaint as from today on our support will NOT ANSWER support calls without correct hand number.  Giving wrong or false hand numbers will result in disciplinary action for the account holder and call will not be answered.

Please do not submit a support call if you do not have the correct hand number for the hand the incident has happened.
